Palm Gavel in Iron Stained English Brown Oak

A palm gavel in Iron Stained English Brown Oak. A great natty palm gavel. The interesting grain seems almost rainbow like in places.  The grain is a result of a hidden nail growing within the tree that has been there for many years.  The nail then reacts to the tannin in the oak causing the permanent staining in the grain – naturally. You can’t take your eyes off it one only and when it’s gone it’s gone for good. A palm gavel that has come from a tree’s struggle with a nail.

Size is approximately 80 mm or 3 and 1/8th inches tall.
Care Instructions
Best kept out of direct sunlight. All you need to do is dust and polish occasionally with beeswax so that you will be rewarded with a deep shine.  All woods darken slightly or enrich with age.
