Palm Gavel English Hornbeam Wood

A handmade pocket palm gavel in English Hornbeam wood. Beautiful design of mine. Hornbeam is strong wood, so called as it was as strong as horn and often used in the past for the yoke to pull oxen. Difficult to capture to creamy colour on a white background. The grain is gorgeous almost feather like quality in grain pattern.
This gavel is great for auctioneers, Mason’s and Toastmasters on the move,it fits in the pocket. Good for anyone that appreciates the unique richness and quality of natural finely crafted wooden items. Ergonomic wooden palm gavel sounds good, looks good feels good, strong.
Designed and handmade by me, not mass produced. Each of my palm gavels is different, unique and beautifully finished with beeswax polish to let the natural colour of the wood shine through.
Size
Size is approximately 75mm or 3 inches tall.
Care Instructions
Best kept out of direct heat and sunlight. Dust and polish occasionally with beeswax to be rewarded with a deep shine.
