Handmade Wooden baton in Acacia Mason’s or Matron’s

Back by popular demand! A very beautifully hand turned, unique, handmade, harmoniously balanced mason’s, matron’s or marshal’s baton in symbolic English acacia wood with beaded patterning.
Beautifully symmetrical with pronounced grain from the growth marks of the tree. This wooden baton has great balance and a smooth finish for the smooth transition of authority or passing of the baton. Fitting for any installation.
Acacia wood is seldom seen and is rich in symbolism, a symbol of initiation, immortality and innocence in Freemasonary and of knowledge in Egyptian mythology. The English acacia wood came from the grounds of a country estate in Herefordshire from a very old tree.
Designed and made by me not mass produced, each of my batons are different, unique and beautifully finished with beeswax polish to let the natural colour of the wood shine through.

Size 
This baton is approximately 17 and 1/2 inches” or 445mm long and 1 and 7/8ths” or 48mm in diameter at its widest point.

Care Instructions
Best kept out of direct sunlight. Dust and polish occasionally with beeswax to be rewarded with a deep shine. All natural wood enriches and darkens beautifully with age.
